It is important that you be present when the driver arrives at your door. Your presence near the truck is mandatory as long as your belongings are being loaded into it. Remember to mark your boxes or cartons so that you can be sure of what they contain. Tick the cartons off the check list as they are loaded on to the Moving Vehicle. Don't forget to collect the mobile number of the driver and do give him your contact number as well.

You should sign the document which contains an inventory of your belongings. Remember to check the condition of your goods as they are loaded.
